Rahmbo’s back 🏆

It was actually a pretty intense week on the LIV Tour (for a change). The leaderboard was stacked on Sunday… and I mean STACKED.

Sunday had Jon Rahm, Tyrell Hatton, Cam Smith, and Talor Gooch (lol) battling for the trophy.

A lot of crazy shit happened down the stretch, including Rahmbo missing this 2 footer to essentially seal the deal on 17

Tyrell Hatton had about 5-6 feet to send it to a playoff on 18, but missed.

Jon Rahm is finally a winner on the LIV circuit, and shockingly, he was pretty emotional

Pretty hilarious that he won after showing a lot of frustration and rage over the course of the tournament. If you just watched him throughout the week, you’d think he was dead last.

We all love watching the pros freak out, so enjoy these two clips

Now to the PGA Tour’s 3M Open… Gonna keep this recap pretty short. I’m thrilled that Jonny Vegas got back in the winners circle though.

I was fortunate enough to play a few holes with him when I was way younger, and he’s one of the nicest dudes I’ve ever met.

This was pretty insane though; his tee shot on 14 somehow ended up here

He ended up two-putting from 99 feet on the 72nd hole to win the tournament. Nails from the Venezuelan.

While we’re on the PGA-LIV topic, I felt I’d share my ever-changing opinion on having multiple tours.

LIV schedules their tournaments into weeks where the PGA Tour event doesn’t draw a great field.

So on a week like this week, where I’m not exactly motivated to watch the 3M Open, it’s nice to have Rahmbo, Hatton, Cam Smith and Niemann mixing it up on another tour. Definitely serves a purpose!

Tiger will win again 🐅

Outta left field comes Paddy Harrington, essentially dropping that Tiger will officially play (and win) on the Champions Tour.

There have been some rumblings, but we haven’t gotten confirmation from a source this credible just yet.

“I can’t wait to beat you out on the Champions Tour” — Tiger Woods

Music to all of our ears. The man will win again.

Also, I know Charlie shot like a million and didn’t make the cut at the US Junior Am last week, but stuff like this is too cool not to share

Trump + Bryson = BFFs 🤝

I try not to get political when writing these, but stuff like this is worth sharing.

POTUS #45 not only likes Bryson a lot, but might have a little crush on him too (fair though).

He also claims to have challenged Biden to breaking 100, and also said he’d pay him a million dollars if he did.

I know this video is long, but it is pure comedy from start to finish and definitely worth the watch

Speaking of Trumps, Grant Horvat is dropping a video with Trump’s granddaughter today. She’s 17 and a scratch. In case you don’t believe me, check out her action

The fellas in Paris 🇫🇷

The two best players from every country are in Paris this week for the Olympics.

The US is the only country that has 4 players representing, which is due to the fact that they’re the only country with 4 players inside the top 20 in the OWGR.

The tournament gets underway on Thursday at Le Golf National, which hosted the Ryder Cup in 2018 and is an absolutely gorgeous track. Pure eye-candy on TV.

While some guys went to the opening ceremony with their country…

…others went to the Louvre with their 3 month old child.

To each their own I guess.

I know major season is over and we’re all sad about it. But, the Olympics are once every four years and will eventually be regarded as the next biggest thing in golf.

Cannot understate how sick it is to be an Olympic Gold Medalist… definitely a little cooler than winning the alleged 5th major (the Players).

Quick bites 🥓

Two feet for $10K in front of all your boys: put yourself in those shoes… do you make it? Well, this guy didn’t. Pain.

Nothing like celebrating an ace with the fellas: Joey Coldcuts with the second ace of the summer within the Bob Does Sports gang. Electric.

If you’re bored in the bathroom at work: here’s 9 minutes of very rare Tiger and Earl Woods clinic footage. Enjoy.
