Tiger's new clothing brand 👀
Late last year, after a 28 year partnership, Tiger announced he was leaving Nike for his own apparel brand with TaylorMade, ‘Sun Day Red’ or ‘SDR’.
On Tuesday night, Tiger went on Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show to launch the brand.
We knew it would be premium stuff, and the price lines reflect that.
Naturally, a ton of the products are already sold out and being resold for crazy profit levels on eBay. For context, the hat was $40 and the hoodie was $200 ↓
🚨💰⛳️ #RESALE PRICES — After selling out quickly, bids are flowing in on eBay for resale on the new SDR Jupiter Mid Hat. The item is already up over $305 USD with 26 bids.
Are you purchasing the new gear?

🚨💰🌲 #PINE MONEY — SDR’s new ‘The Pines’ Collection has hit the eBay resale market with a seller seeking $700 USD.
How much are you willing to pay for this?

The logo is a tiger with 15 stripes, representing his 15 major championships. But he made it abundantly clear that his goal is to ruin the logo 👀
LIV Chicago’s unusual venue
LIV golf’s biggest tournament of the year is being hosted at… Bolingbrook GC. Yes, you heard that right and no, you’ve never heard of it.
It costs about 60 bucks to play Bolingbrook, and it’s comfortably a top 150 course in Illinois 🤣

Here’s a look at Bolingbrook GC
They must’ve gotten rejected by at least 25 other courses to end up here.
We don’t mean to bash the course, but rather poke fun that this is where they’re playing their biggest tournament of the year.
It’s the equivalent of the Players Championship being held at your best local muni, or the US Open being played at TPC Deere run. Not great 😬
Greg Norman is one of us
All past Open Champions are invited to attend the tournament every year, and they’re offered an unlimited amount of tickets (within reason).
Greg Norman has been told to check ‘resale sites’ if he wants an Open Championship ticket.
Basically, he’s one of us (except for the fact that he’s won 2 Claret Jugs).
Anyways, what we envision Greg’s reaction will be when he lands a set of Open tickets on StubHub:

Weekly preview
What’s on tap this week? Well, the PGA TOUR is in Texas for the Byron Nelson and LIV is in Singapore.
The Byron Nelson field is relatively weak due to it being the last week before an extremely busy summer.
The notables that are playing consist of Jordan Spieth, Jason Day, Min Woo Lee and Adam Scott, then it basically falls off a cliff from there.
LIV Singapore on the other hand, is being held at a crazy venue, and the usual suspects are all playing. I mean check out this golf course ↓

Buffet Bets
It has become pretty evident that we couldn’t hit water if we were in a boat, so anything we tell you we’re taking below, FADE:
Our PGA favorite: Stephan Jaeger (+3000) — he’s the only man to beat Scottie Scheffler since early March, and I have a weird hunch he might win another one this week.
Our LIV favorite: Jon Rahm (+650) — Rahmbo will finally get his first LIV win this weekend. He’s finished top-8 in all six LIV events this year, and top-5 in 4 of them. Don’t fade this one, it’s actually happening 😬
PGA/LIV PAR-lay: Seamus Power to finish top-20 and Talor Gooch to finish top-10 (+500) — Power is a really popular pick this week, so I figured I’d dabble without picking him outright. Gooch on the other hand, won this event last year and has been in relatively good form recently. Run it.
Phil’s bunker lesson
Considering golf season’s right around the corner, you might need a lil’ refresher on how to hit that high, soft-landing bunker shot.
Who better to teach you than Phil Mickelson and Bryson Dechambeau.
Definitely listen to Phil on this one ↓

The Block Party is BACK
Everyone knows that if Michael Block had Rory’s driving skills, he’d be a top-10 player in the world. Alright I’m kidding.
But Blockie took the world by storm last year when he contended at the PGA Championship AND made an ace in the final round while grouped with Rory.
Not only do we get to see him give it another go at the PGA Championship in 2 weeks, but he’s back this week at the PGA Pro Championship, holing out for eagle ↓
Michael Block holing out from the fairway for 🦅! Everybody gets a hug.

Quick bites for the road 🥓
Tiger reacts to the Masters memes: Jimmy Fallon showed Tiger a few of his favorite tree-handshake memes, and the Big Cat was loving it.
Will Zalatoris WD’s from a home game in Texas: Willy Z’s back is unfortunately holding him back from a full workload, even though he claims he feels good.
Gary Player says coaches ruined Tiger’s career: He also claimed that if Tiger never worked with swing coaches, he would’ve won more majors.
Tommy Fleetwood’s caddie underwent an open heart surgery: Ian Finnis was dealing with a lingering illness for a while, and his scar is WILD.
