A firework-filled Sunday in Detroit 🎆

Considering it was a down week on the PGA Tour, the Rocket Mortgage Classic actually provided some great entertainment.

We had Cam Young, Akshay Bhatia, Aaron Rai, Min Woo Lee and Cam Davis contending, and each one of them did some crazy shit on Sunday.

Min Woo was pulling pins from off the green, and then we had Aaron Rai hit one of the sickest DOD’s you’ll ever see — an absolute psycho line ↓

Then, we had Cam Young snapping his driver while being one back with 5 holes to play, which was probably not the best idea for someone trying to win for the first time on the PGA Tour ↓

By the way, the fact that Cam Young still hasn’t won is getting crazy. The second he’s in contention, he pulls out the win-repellant spray. Brutal.

Lastly, we had Akshay, who didn’t make a single bogey over rounds 1-3, hit a 97 yard driver on a 400 yard hole (still saved par) and three putt from 25 feet to lose on the 72nd hole ↓

It’s funny that the winner, Cam Davis, had by far the least exciting day. But you gotta be happy for a guy who’s gone through some severe struggles recently and then wins outta no where 👏

I’m not gonna get political over here — we all witnessed the madness that was the first Presidential Debate last Thursday. Here’s how the golf beef started ↓

Then Trump claimed to have won two club championships and also said that he’s in better shape now than he was 30 years ago. Here’s his action (and some ripping into Biden) ↓

And lastly, just as you’d expect, Bryson chimed in and offered the two old fellas to play a match on his YouTube channel. I would pay big money to see it 😂

While we’re on the topic of golf-related beef, here’s some extremely random animosity between two dudes who play different sports.

Brooks Koepka is a big Florida Panthers fan. Last year during the playoffs, BK brought a traffic cone to a game to troll Panthers defenseman, Aaron Ekblad ↓

Well, the Panthers won the Stanley Cup last Monday, and Ekblad clearly hasn’t forgotten what BK thinks of him.

The US Senior Open was held at Newport Country Club last weekend and we had a rare back-to-back par 3’s situation on the front 9.

Charlie Woods played in the Future Masters this weekend, a junior tournament in Alabama.
