Whole lotta Scottie news 🚔

Get ready for a massive dose of Scottie Scheffler news, from both on and off the golf course.

It was initially reported that the charges against Scottie were being dropped, which his lawyer claimed was untrue.

He will be in a Louisville courtroom on June 3rd, cutting into his US Open prep.

On another note, the mayor of Louisville, like the rest of us, can derive that this whole situation is suspicious considering Scottie is an A1 human being, on top of the fact that the officer’s body-cam was conveniently off during the arrest.

On Thursday, we got some dash-cam footage and a whole lotta context ↓

On top of the video showing that Scottie did nothing wrong, we found out that the cop who arrested him has a lengthy record of misconduct.

All the evidence that continues to come out continues to support what Scottie said all along; that this was a chaotic situation and he didn’t do anything wrong. And I 100% believe him now.

The week after winning a major always becomes one massive PR tour. Xander has gone full throttle across the board so far, showing his true colors (in a good way) on a few different fronts.

It’s funny because it’s the most true thing ever, ESPECIALLY after how he played in the final round of the Wells Fargo a week earlier.

He claimed that he had no idea where his winning putt was breaking and that he pulled it.

I’m a big believer that if X showed a little more personality, the entire golf world would realize he’s the man. Good thing he’s doing it a little bit this week.

Airport workers have no respect for our golf bags 🛫

I know for a fact that we all feel the same way about travelling with golf clubs: UNEASY.

Every time I drag my bag into the airport, pass it to the baggage agent, and watch it go down the conveyer belt, two main things go through my mind:

1. “Please don’t break anything”

2. “I may never see them again”

The East Tennessee State golf team had a rough encounter with Delta Airlines. Warning, it’s graphic and extremely hard to watch ↓

These people deserve jail. Like why can’t they move the trailer closer so it’s a one step process? What a joke.

The LIV Dallas venue might be controversial 👀

The Maridoe Golf Club is hosting LIV Dallas later this year…

For those who aren’t already aware, Maridoe just happens to be PGA TOUR Policy Board member Jordan Spieth’s home club, along with PGA TOUR member Will Zalatoris’.

Yikes. Wonder how those two are gonna feel when they can’t practice for a week while LIV’s team championship occupies their golf course 😬

Jameis Winston is #OneOfUs 😂

The Browns QB is always up to some shenanigans. Last weekend, he attended the PGA without any celebrity credentials.
